What is the process?

1. Define Your "North Star"

Advisor Digital meets with you to understand your firm’s strategy and goals, then incorporates appropriate best practices to define your firm’s “North Star,” your ideal firm. Following this meeting, we will document your “North Star” and provide it to you for your review and confirmation.

2. Understand Your Current State

We audit your organization, processes, systems, tools, and technology to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

3. Define Your Roadmap

Advisor Digital analyzes the gaps between the Current State and your “North Star” and develops a plan of action to close the gaps.

At the end of this process, we will meet to review your “North Star,” provide our feedback on your Current State, present our recommended Roadmap, and determine next steps.

We will include a proposal with options to engage Advisor Digital to design, implement, and manage components of your Roadmap, including training and adoption support.
